The aroma has layers of white floral notes, accompanied by the refreshing fragrance of dew melon and guava with a lift of citrus peel and preserved lemon. On the palate the blend of flavours reflects the single vineyard, balanced primary fruits with savoury reduction and a saline complexity providing depth.
